I have been working in mental health throughout my career in different capacities with people from all ages and backgrounds. I am a fully qualified integrative psychotherapist who has trained at the renowned Metanoia Institute. Over the last 13 years I have worked as a psychotherapist and supervisor in the NHS, and currently work part-time with a psychology service in Central and North West London NHS Trust. Previously I worked as a mental health social worker, and I also set up counselling services for refugees in developing countries with Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF). I continue to provide psychological support to staff in MSF.
